2025 was a year of accelerated innovation at Tatango.
We delivered performance at scale, embedded AI across the platform, and strengthened the infrastructure nonprofits rely on to drive revenue and engagement. With more than 5,500 enhancements shipped and a 43% increase in development velocity, our focus remained clear: help nonprofits move faster, communicate smarter, and raise more. Billions of messages were sent through Tatango in 2025 with a 98% deliverability rate. Our innovation efforts centered around five key areas:
1. Performance & Deliverability at Scale
Messages only matter if they arrive. In 2025, we strengthened our industry-leading infrastructure, enabling customers to send 100,000+ messages in under a minute while maintaining a 98% deliverability rate. Enhanced monitoring, validation systems, and routing intelligence reduced MMS-to-SMS fallbacks by 68%, ensuring faster, more reliable delivery across campaigns of any size.
2. AI-Powered Campaign Intelligence
AI became embedded across the Tatango experience. From our AI-powered tools including Intelligent AI Assistant and AI Message Goals to automated SMS fallback generation and AI-powered URL shortening, customers leveraged smarter capabilities to optimize performance. Adoption of AI features increased 10X in 2025, empowering teams to create, refine, and manage campaigns with greater precision and efficiency.
3. Advanced Audience & Reply Intelligence
We expanded segmentation and reply management capabilities to help nonprofits engage supporters more effectively. Inbox enhancements including AI reply classification, sentiment analysis, suggested responses, and enhanced dashboards deliver deeper insight and faster action. Power Segments and advanced targeting tools turn engagement data into strategic advantage.
4. Expanded Integrations & Data Connectivity
We continued expanding integrations to streamline nonprofit workflows. New and enhanced connections with Blackbaud, NGP VAN, EveryAction, Funraisin, Engaging Networks, GoFundMe Pro, and others allow teams to sync data, personalize messaging, and capture real-time insights without friction.
5. Productivity & Platform Experience
From SSO login and omnichannel reply notifications to performance dashboards and faster uploads, we improved usability across the platform. Every enhancement was designed to reduce manual work, increase visibility, and support stronger fundraising outcomes.
