2) Lightning fast uploads with fast subscriber imports

Good news! No more breaking large imports into multiple, small files. We’ve launched a brand-new import experience that makes uploading large lists faster, smarter, and more reliable than ever. With new fast imports you can::

  • Upload up to 1 million rows and 120 columns 
  • Finish imports in minutes, not hours. 1M row files complete in <20 minutes, smaller ones in just a few!
  • Automatically match columns with AI to save time and reduce errors 
  • Get cleaner data via detailed reporting including valid/invalid phone numbers and mapped fields for easy syncing back to CRMs

You will immediately feel the time savings from this streamlined workflow.

3) Position your MMS media for greatest impact 

With this update, you can control whether your image, video, or GIF appears above or below your MMS text—just use the up/down arrows in the phone preview.

Keep media above the text to grab attention, tell a story, or spark emotion. Move it below when the message is the priority and you’re driving action.

Other Updates

1) Segment by Donation Platform Engagement 

We’ve made it easier for you to target donors based on where they’ve given. You can now segment based on:

  • Donation Ever Made On – Identify subscribers who have ever donated through a specific platform
  • Donation Last Made On – Target donors based on the most recent platform they used to give

This is a helpful addition for customers using multiple fundraising platforms and for teams whose supporters are mainly engaged with a specific product. 

Important Note: When users select IS NOT, it only applies to subscribers who have made a donation.

  • Example: If “Donation Last Made On IS Fundraise Up” returns 100 subscribers, and switching to “IS NOT Fundraise Up” returns 50, that means those 50 have donated—but on a different platform.

2) Shortcut to Subscribers added to Lists view

Update records faster by using the new Subscriber shortcut added to Lists view. Navigating to the Subscribers view previously required more clicks. Now you can jump straight there from the Lists view and get work done faster. 

3) Message History has moved! 

To streamline the user experience, Message History is now located on the Reports page. We’ve updated the navigation to keep the top menu focused on the essential areas of Tatango and to make navigation room for Inbox coming later this quarter. 

You still have full access to the Message History page and its features and can now access it via Reports > Messages heading >  Message History Report to continue to view previously sent messages.
