1) Intelligent AI Assistant
Our message composer’s AI Assistant has been redesigned from the ground up!
For increased usability, you can now easily find it at the bottom right corner of the message composer so it’s only a click away when you need it. Additionally, you now have options to review and regenerate any recommended content before applying it.
More importantly, the results it generates are now powered by intelligence specific to your organization crafted from your previous most successful messages, your subscribers’ behavior, and context about your organization. Including this information greatly enhances our AI’s ability to generate content that gets you results.
Finally, from AI Settings, you can now control your organization’s context, manage AI use in the product, and access helpful documentation on Security and Privacy.

2) Use AI to Generate SMS Fallback with just one click
Get to Send faster. Generate your entire SMS Fallback message or just create starter copy from your MMS content in an instant via your AI Assistant. Make a last minute edit? No problem! You can regenerate again based on the latest version of MMS content anytime.
3) Favorite Custom Fields
Time to pick your favorites! With our recent enhancement, you can mark your most frequently used custom fields, making them quicker to find when building segments. This is particularly useful when your list has many custom fields or you have many which are similarly named.
Favorites are user-specific, so each team member can personalize their experience without affecting others. The toggle is available when you create/edit Custom Fields and favorites are displayed at the top of segmentation drop-downs when adding conditions.
Other Updates
1) Opt Out Phrase Manager
Save time and sustain your success by expanding the automation of unsubscribes to include opt-out phrases. By removing Subscribers who have low likelihood to engage, you can boost your campaign performance, reduce send costs, and ultimately maintain a higher long-term ROI for your texting channel.
This feature is accessible under My Account → Account Settings, and supports: exact match, partial match, bulk phrase entry, and deduplication. If you need insights into your subscribers’ replies, our All Replies Report can help easily identify opt-out phrases commonly used by your supporters.
2) Data Hub: New Subscriber Activity Report
Get a clear, at-a-glance view of your list’s health and understand how your audience is growing and changing over time. The new report includes:
– Subscribers Added: See how many new contacts are joining your list
– Subscribers Unsubscribed: Monitor churn and adjust engagement strategies.
– Subscribers Cleaned: Identify invalid / undeliverable numbers that have been removed.
By being available via Data Hub, you can choose to view these insights daily, weekly, or monthly, enabling you to spot trends, measure campaign impact, and be proactive about maintaining a healthy, engaged list. See documentation to learn more.
3) New Fund Raising Strategies FTP Subscriber Sync

4) Estimated costs now include carrier fees
On the Message Report and confirmation modal estimates have been updated to include carrier fees for PAYG customers, enabling greater accuracy and precision when performing future campaign planning.
