Ever wonder how much more valuable a customer that is a dual subscriber is? First, maybe we should explain what a “dual subscriber” is. A dual subscriber is a customer that subscribes to not only a brand’s email marketing campaign, but also to that brand’s SMS marketing campaign. So how much more valuable is a dual subscriber, compared to a single subscriber? Our friends at Experian crunched the numbers for a certain brand, and found that dual subscribers are 3.9 times more likely to purchase, when compared to subscribers that only were email subscribers.
