Consumers 82.4% More Likely to Shop at Store with SMS Loyalty Program

Pretty cool SMS loyalty program statistics coming from a recent survey done by TechnologyAdvice, in which they surveyed 3,162 loyalty program users across the United States. What they found was that 82.4% survey respondents said they would be “more likely” or “much more likely” to shop at stores that offered loyalty programs, which we’d hope is an SMS loyalty program.
