It’s reported that only 53 of the top 400 largest online retail, ticket and travel companies surveyed in this year’s Mobile 400 Guide have an SMS loyalty program. That’s only 13%, and with rise in consumers using their mobile phones to purchase online, you can bet that you’ll start to see more online retailers launch SMS loyalty programs in the near future.
