Bed Bath & Beyond SMS Offer Reminders – Explained

Bed Bath and Beyond SMS Marketing

Unlike maybe say a grocery store, it’s not very common for someone to visit a Bed Bath & Beyond daily. It’s for that reason that Bed Bath & Beyond has come up with an ingenious solution to remind SMS subscribers that they haven’t used their mobile offer yet. Better yet, they’ve also come up with a solution that helps SMS subscribers recover lost mobile offers.

How It Works

What Bed Bath & Beyond has done is schedule a text message to be sent to SMS subscribers, 5 days before their mobile offer that they previously received expires. To increase SMS subscriber engagement, Bed Bath & Beyond requires that if you lost your mobile offer, you respond back with the word “RESEND” to the Bed Bath & Beyond dedicated SMS short code – 239663.

You can see Bed Bath & Beyond’s text message below.

Bed Bath and Beyond SMS Marketing Example

The Bed Bath & Beyond text message reads, “Only 5 days left to use ur mobile offer in-store or online! Lost it? Text RESEND to 239663 to retrieve. Reply STOP to cancel.” After texting RESEND to the short code 239663, you instantly receive a text message in return, with a link to access the mobile offer you were previously sent.

If you’re interesting in receiving Bed Bath & Beyond text messages, text the word “OFFER” to 239663. If you’d like to see more SMS marketing examples from Bed Bath & Beyond, check out their profile page on SMS Archives.
