Tatango Now Supports “STOP” in English, French and Spanish

Text to Opt Out

Tatango doesn’t believe in holding mobile subscribers hostage. Nor do we believe that everyone speaks the same language, which is why we’re excited to announce that we now support the ability to opt-out of an SMS campaign by responding with the word “Stop” in the following languages; English, French & Spanish. If you were interested, “stop” in French is “Arret” and “Stop” in Spanish is “Alto. See how much you learn by reading our blog, just a wealth of knowledge!

Did you know that since July 1, 2012, all SMS marketing campaigns need to promote an opt-out method in every SMS message? It’s true, you can read the rules here. For any other questions about opting out of SMS campaigns, or what is required by the CTIA, please contact our SMS marketing experts at (206) 274-6599, or drop us a message.
