Successful Message Reports
Tatango's messaging technology tells you exactly which mobile subscribers received a message and which didn't. If a mobile subscriber didn't receive a message, we'll tell you why, and if a wireless carrier tells us it's no longer a valid phone number, we'll scrub it from the database.
If you're sending mobile messages that include hyperlinks, Tatango will be able to tell you how many of your mobile subscribers are clicking those links. Hyperlinks can direct customers to a mobile website, mobile video, to download an app, etc.
Subscriber Response Feed
If a mobile subscriber receives a message and responds to that message, you'll get access to that response. Tatango gives you a real-time feed of responses to each and every message, and allows you to take certain actions within the software platform based off their response.
With each send, Tatango will display a report of how many customers unsubscribed after a message. This report can help you determine which types of messages your mobile subscribers prefer and will allow you to improve subscriber retention over time.
Wireless Carrier Reports
With each send, Tatango will display a report of how many messages went to each wireless carrier. This provides insight into which mobile wireless carriers your mobile subscribers are using.
Exportable Messaging Analytics
Tatango allows clients the ability to download their mobile messaging data at any time. This includes the data that goes into creating the beautiful messaging reports we display within your account every time a message is sent.
