YepText Tries to Sell SMS Marketing Company For $250,000

It looks like YepText, an SMS marketing company based out of California is trying to sell their company for a cool $250,000, at least according to a recent Flippa auction by founder Adam Horowitz. YepText was started in 2011 and according to the Flippa post is generating $20,000 of revenue per month, with net profits of $10,000 per month.

Since the YepText blog hasn’t been updated in almost a year, and the auction received not one bid, this has to bring up concerns for YepText users about the future of this once popular SMS marketing platform. To make matters worse, it looks like the founder of YepText, Adam Horowitz has moved on to start a new company called Young & Boss, a social network for young entrepreneurs.
