CallFire announced in December that they’ve acquired four year old UK SMS marketing provider FireText. The FireText team including co-founders James Huff and Dan Parker have agreed to remain with the company and continue to build CallFire’s European business.
It was also interesting to note that PandoDaily discovered that CallFire had raised an undisclosed $30 million Series A investment in 2012 from Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital and IGC.
