SMS Spam Class Action Lawsuit Against MyCashNow

I just received a class action lawsuit filed earlier this month against MyCashNow for sending unsolicited SMS messages. The lawsuit, which is embedded below, claims that consumers received the following unsolicited text message from the following long code (330) 564-6316 on or around December 6, 2011:

DO YOU NEED UP TO $5000 TODAY? EASY QUICK AND ALL ONLINE AT: WWW.LEND5K.COM 24 MONTH REPAY, ALL CREDIT OK. REPLY STOP 2 END.

The lawsuit is asking for a minimum of $500 in damages for each unsolicited text message received. The interesting part about this lawsuit is that they sent the unsolicited text messages via long code, not short code. Pretty sure I called this back in 2011 when I wrote the article 4 reasons spammers love long codes.

Did you receive this text message? If so, let me know in the comments below.
