Confirmation Message Delivery
The confirmation message must be delivered immediately after the donor opts into your text message program through the webform.
Mobile field optional
When a checkbox is not present, the phone number field must be functionally optional and clearly marked as optional.
Carrier disclaimer
The requirement of carrier disclosures is to ensure the donor consents to receive text messages and understands the mobile program. Carriers require the opt-in disclaimer be located directly under or next to the mobile field on your donation page.

Hyperlink Terms and Privacy links
In the carrier disclaimers, you must have a link to terms and conditions and a link to privacy policy. This can be accomplished with one hyperlink to both or two separate links. Tatango can host the terms and conditions page for you.
