34% of Senior Marketers Evaluating Mobile Loyalty Programs in 2013
Good news for providers of mobile loyalty programs for businesses, as the most recent State of Marketing 2012 survey says that 34% of senior marketers will be evaluating mobile applications and loyalty programs in 2013. This survey of 550 heads of marketing, communication, and customer engagement from around the world, also found that 18% of senior marketers will be evaluating mobile ads and/or video, which is significantly lower than mobile applications and loyalty programs.
