Take your first steps into Tatango with our very own dedicated Implementation Specialist. This Implementation Specialist will act as your Tatango project manager to make sure you have all the resources and advice you need to get started with Tatango as quickly as possible. In addition to any technical setup that is required, your Implementation Specialist will work with you to develop your first retail SMS campaign designed to address your unique marketing objectives.

- Assigned Implementation Specialist – Your direct point of contact during the setup & launch of your first SMS campaign.
- Migration Assistant – Data import advice and database migration assistance if needed.
- Campaign Kickoff Call – You and your Implementation Specialist will discuss your goals for your first SMS campaign.
- Software Training – Guided assistance in setting up your Tatango account, and your first SMS campaign.
- TCPA/CTIA Compliance – Advice on TCPA/CTIA compliance, and a full audit of all marketing collateral prior to launch.
- Technical Setup – Assistance with the technical set up associated with Tatango’s API’s.
- Campaign Launch – After software training, your Implementation Specialist will create a project plan for the tasks you’ll need to accomplish to successfully launch your retail SMS campaign.
- Dedicated Point of Contact – Your Implementation Specialist will stay in touch via email and phone to help provide guidance to ensure your SMS campaign launch goes smoothly.
Onboarding Services are required for all new Tatango customers.
There is a one-time fee of $2,000 for Onboarding Services (not included in the monthly price).

What is a contact?
A contact is a customer’s mobile phone number in your contact database. For example, if you select the 25,000 contact level, you can have up to 25,000 phone numbers spread across all of your campaigns.
Does Tatango require an annual commitment?
Yes. We’ve found that retailers who can commit to a full year of using SMS marketing will be more successful in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal.
Does Tatango offer agency pricing?
Manage multiple campaigns completely separate from each other, all under one Tatango subscription.
Does Tatango offer international messaging?
Tatango only offers service in the United States and Canada. Tatango has no plans to offer international messaging in the future, sorry.
Does Tatango have a white label or reseller program?
At Tatango we only work with retailers, or the agency representing a retailer, which is why we don’t have a white label solution, or work with resellers.
Do we need the required training/setup?
Yes. All new Tatango customers need to go through the training/setup process to get started on the right foot with your SMS marketing efforts.

Are there any separate sending fees?
No. Tatango SMS costs are tied to the number of contacts in your account. You can message the contacts within your tier up to ten times per month. If you need to send even more than that, you can purchase more contacts and increase your total monthly send limit.
